EXPERIENCE: Visit with vertical tasting

DESCRIPTION:

• Visits to the nearby winery where the public is welcomed by family members, very knowledgeable about the project.
• The visit begins with the description of the family history and that of txakoli in Bizkaia.
• Continue with a walk through the vineyard, which is located surrounding the winery, with nearby explanations.
• Subsequently, the winery facilities are visited with an explanation of the production methods.
• Finally, the vertical tasting is carried out, which is one that analyzes the different vintages of a wine. The objective of this more technical and professional tasting is to analyze the effects of the different vintages on the wines, as well as to check both the conservation quality and the ability to evolve of the txakolis with the Bizkaiko Txakolina designation of origin. 6 wines are tasted, 2 of which will be old vintages, together with the winery's winemaker. All of this accompanied by succulent skewers made with local products.
