OUR WINERY Innovation
Our winery, covered by the certificate of origin ‘Txakoli de Bizkaia’, is located in Lezama, a small town with great
possibilities of industrial and tourist development thanks to its closeness to Bilbao and good means of communication by
road, train, sea or air.
We produce our wines from the grapes we get, using modern techniques and facilities such as:
- Pre-fermentative criomaceration with dry-ice at very low temperatures to get a strong aromatic extraction from the wine.
- Pressing in a nitrogen inert atmosphere with low oxidation.
- Aging/Maturation on lees and fermentation in French oak barrel.
